USA Today polled readers to vote for their favorite Florida beach and the results are not surprising to a Florida local like myself.
Living in Florida the last 25 years of my life, I can assure you that my favorite beaches are along the Gulf Coast and down near the Palm Beaches.
Surprisingly enough, the only East coast beach to make the list is in the Orlando area near Cape Canaveral.
The water is clear, blue, the sand is white, and the views are to die for.
